By accessing or using the JRC Guns website at jrcguns.com ("Site"), placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from JRC Guns. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that your purchase and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

JRC Guns is a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) manufacturer. All transactions are subject to applicable federal and state firearms laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any product you purchase is legal to own and use in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that we believe may violate applicable law.

3. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, or error-free.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product and to notify you of the cancellation.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on applicable rates. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order total.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns about the order.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment via GunTab and other methods as displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed securely. JRC Guns does not store your full payment card details.

Discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. JRC Guns reserves the right to cancel or modify discount codes at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped via UPS in 3-10 business days with tracking. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. JRC Guns is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please review our full Shipping Policy for complete details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Certain items, including custom builds and special-order products, may not be eligible for return. Please review the policy before placing your order.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of JRC Guns or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
