RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Unused parts and accessories in original packaging
- Items received damaged or defective
- Incorrect item shipped by JRC Guns
- Items that do not match the product description
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom builds and made-to-order items
- Items that have been installed, modified, or used
- Items missing original packaging or components
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Do not return any item without prior authorization. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by JRC Guns. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — JRC Guns is not responsible for items lost in transit.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- 1Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- 2Wait for your RMA number and return instructions — do not ship without it.
- 3Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside.
- 4Ship to the address provided in your RMA instructions using a trackable carrier.
- 5Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
